Questions, answered
How fast will I get my invitation?
Your first preview reaches you on WhatsApp within 2 days of us receiving your complete details, or the next day with Royal or Priority. If we miss that, we refund 20% without you asking.
What do I need to send?
The couple's names, each event's date, time and venue, family names, and photos if you want them. A photo of your printed card or its draft covers most of it.
Do I need photos?
No. Every design is fully illustrated and looks complete without a single photo. If you do send photos, they sit inside the design's own frames.
How do my guests open it?
You send one link on WhatsApp. It opens in the phone's browser like any website. Nothing to install.
Can each guest see their own name?
Yes. Add a guest's name to the link and the invitation greets them by name. With Signature and Royal we prepare the links for you.
Which languages can you do?
English, with names and the blessing line in your own script, is included. Signature and Royal include two full languages.
Can I make changes after the preview?
Yes. Send all your changes in one message. Essential includes 1 round, Signature 2 and Royal 3. Fixing our own mistakes is always free.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Until 3, 6 or 12 months after your wedding date, depending on your package. You can extend it by a year at any time.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund before we start work. 50% once work has started. After your preview is sent we make changes rather than refunds.
Is the voice in the video a real person?
The narration option uses an AI voice in Hindi or English. For other languages, send us a recording from your family and we will use it.
